- Choose the type of account you’d like to open
- Fill out the remaining details and verification steps
- We will get in touch with you to complete the account opening

Follow these steps to make it happen:
- Phone us at 1.888.741.1010 to request your account info
- A direct deposit transfer form is filled out for you digitally
- We send the form to you via secure email – ready for you to share with your employer
If you’ve already registered for online banking:
- Log in to online banking at www.cccu.ca or using the app
- Go to Accounts
- Select the account you’d like your pay deposited into
- Click on Account Details
- Download void cheque – all your information will be filled out for you digitally
- Share the void cheque with your employer
