Coastal Community's Scholarship Program

Do you have a great idea to make a positive difference in your community? Do you want to see that idea become a reality? Coastal Community would like to help you make that happen with our Scholarship Program.

Get rewarded for your efforts with $2,000 towards your post-secondary education

Your Plan

In order to be eligible for a scholarship, we ask that you submit a plan for a project to improve your community. Look closely at your community, and see where you can make a difference. Keep it simple!

Coastal Community will award up to eight scholarships of $2,000 each. Up to $1,000 will also be awarded to two scholarship recipients to implement their community project. This amount is separate from the eight scholarships to be awarded to all scholarship recipients. Once the community project has been implemented, an additional $1,000 will be awarded to the applicants whose plans were implemented.

If You Are Chosen To Implement Your Project

  • You will receive an additional $1,000 scholarship at the completion of your project.
  • You will be awarded up to $1,000 to help with the implementation of your project.
  • People involved in helping implement your project must be volunteers.
  • Your project must be completed by August 31, 2025.
  • You must sign a project agreement and waiver prior to your project implementation.
  • Upon completion of your project, you must provide a final project report to Coastal Community.
